Managing Processes
Clicking on the "Processes" button displays a list of all existing processes, accompanied by details such as the process name, last published by, last published date, creator, creation date, and actions.
At the top left of the screen, there's a date range filter. Additionally, beside 'Name', 'Last Published by', and 'Last Published', there's a filter option for easy search without complexity.

It generates a copy of the specified process, enabling users to work on the duplicated version independently while maintaining the integrity of the original process.

Managing Editor Access in Process Builder
Requesting Editor Access
When viewing a process in the Process Builder, users have the option to request editor access from the process owner. This is done via the Ask to Edit button available within the Process Builder canvas.
Workflow for requesting access
1. Initiating a Request:
Click the Ask to Edit button to request editor access for the process.
Once the request is initiated, the button label changes to Request Sent.
On hovering over the button, a tooltip displays the date the request was sent.
(e.g., "_Request sent on 22/Jan/2025._")
2. Rejected Requests:
If the process owner rejects the request, the button reverts to Ask to Edit, allowing the user to re-initiate the request if needed.
Editor Access Settings
The Editor Access Settings screen provides a comprehensive view of the current and past access holders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Editor History:
Displays a list of all users with editor access to the process.
The list is sorted by recently modified users at the top.
Rejected Requests:
Below each user’s name, an option "Show Rejected Requests" is available.
Clicking this option reveals a list of users whose access requests were rejected by that particular user.
Approved users are always displayed above rejected users for better organization.
