Blockss
Creating blocks is like making building blocks for your processes. These blocks contain specific actions or tasks that you can reuse different processes. This saves you from redoing the same tasks every time and makes your work more efficient and consistent.
It's like having ready-made pieces that you can assemble to build different things, making teamwork easier and speeding up the whole process.
Block Details
When you access the 'Blocks' section, it displays a list of created blocks along with their details such as

Actions
For each block, there are two buttons:
Launch: This button redirects users to the process building workspace.
Clone: Clicking this button opens a screen prompting users to input details like
New Block Name
Block Builder Version
Block Builder Description
Upon hitting the submit button, the details are saved, and a new block is created.
Creating New Block
Users can create a new block by clicking on the 'Create New Block' button located in the top right corner of the 'Blocks' screen.
Upon clicking, it either generates a unique name or allows users to input a custom name.
This action directs users to the process builder screen with block start and block end nodes by default. Users can drag and drop various features from the left side onto the working area to design their block. All nodes must be connected.
Add Description
Users can add a description to the block by clicking on Add Description below the block name.
The Auto Generate Description option is also available.
Saving Options
Once users have configured the block to their satisfaction, they can proceed to finalize the creation process by clicking on the Publish button located in the top right corner.
Additionally, clicking on the three dots adjacent to the 'Publish' button will reveal a dropdown menu with further options. These options include:
Save Draft: This option is specific to the user and is not visible or accessible to others. It allows users to save the block as a draft for future modifications.
Make Public: Selecting this option opens a window where users are prompted to input details such as 'Block Name' and 'Level'. The 'Level' dropdown offers two options:
Organization:
Blocks set to this level are visible to all teams within a specific organization.
Application:
Blocks set to this level are visible to all teams across every organization within the application.
Furthermore, there is an option to integrate the block with Jira, similar to the process creation feature.
